Saturate a cotton pad with this micellar cleansing water for waterproof makeup. To remove eye makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To cleanse skin & remove face makeup: Gently wipe pad all over face until the skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
