  I was deadass scared because I had a follicle test to take for the job I wanted. I was looking left to right on what was recommended or could be taken. I found many shampoos, some of which had good AND bad reviews which is hard when you have to decide something. I went from finding out about every thing needed for the Macujo Method to the Jerry G method (I think that's what it's called). Until luckily my best friends sister told me what he took for his. Just a word of advice: put a shower cap on and let your hair absorb the shampoo for about 30-45 minutes MAX. no more than 45 minutes. then rinse out and dry with new or clean towel. this should be finished at least one hour before you have to take the test. wear a new shirt and be careful when you drive, don't lean your head so much to the seat or let your hair touch anything that can have any traces of thc. I promised to write a review if I passed, which I did! they say there's never anything to pass a follicle, I say that's bs lol. I'm so happy!! Good luck!
